The item will be shipped by the date shown in the product description. Our products sell out quickly and this allows us to hold your place to make sure you get what you want. Preordering is the best way we can allocate the item to you.

All orders are final once they have been processed through the checkout. Unfortunately, no further changes can be made to your order once processed including and not limited to; removing and/or adding items to your order, combining orders or cancelling your order.

Currently, we are not able to offer exchanges, so if you would like another size/style you will need to place a new order via our online store. You can then send the unwanted item(s) back to us for a refund as per Returns Policy above.

At this time our Boutiques are not able to process returns for online orders. Any online order must be returned following our online Returns Process.

Your order will be shipped the same, or next, business day. During sale events and a new collection launch, there may be a slightly longer duration.All Bilevi orders are hand picked and packed with love from Italy. As our location is classified as regional, we cannot offer overnight delivery, however, do pride ourselves on offering express service on all online orders. Once your order has been placed you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has been despatched you will immediately receive another confirmation email with your tracking number.

Italy: Delivery is between 1-3 business days.

Europe is between 2-5 business days and is fully traceable once shipped.  

World: Delivery is between 3-7 business days and is fully traceable once shipped. 

Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.

Import duties and taxes are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are your responsibility and will be collected from you by the carrier. Duties /Taxes on goods vary widely depending on the product value and the country you are having your order delivered to. Bilevi will include a commercial invoice declaring the full euro value paid on international shipments. If you refuse a shipment from Bilevi you are responsible for the original shipping charges as well as the import and return fees that may be incurred upon delivery back to us. 

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

We always are for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. BILEVI accepts returns within 30 Days. You can choose between a refund or a credit note on full priced items.

Our collections are only available in small quantities and may, therefore, be sold out. Please note that the majority of our pieces are limited edition and will not be returning in the future.
